Our Fees

Last updated: 6 May 2026

At GG Mortgages, we do not charge for an initial enquiry. You're welcome to book a free, no-obligation consultation to get started.

If you choose to proceed, a fee may be payable after we've completed our research and provided tailored recommendations. This depends on the complexity of your mortgage needs and whether you're a returning client.

We're always upfront: the exact fee and the point at which it becomes payable will be confirmed with you in writing before any work begins. You'll never be charged without your prior agreement.

Our fees

  • For most new clients, our fee is up to £595.
  • In more complex scenarios, where additional work or administration time is required, our fee may rise to £1,000.
  • In a small number of highly complex cases, our fee may be higher than £1,000. Where this applies, we will explain why and agree the exact figure with you in writing before any work begins.

When our fee is payable

Our fee is most commonly payable on submission of your full mortgage application.

Any variation from our standard fee or timing will be clearly communicated and agreed in advance.

We don't charge anything for insurance or protection advice.

At GG Mortgages, we believe in clarity and fairness. You'll always know what you're paying and why, no surprises. Our fees reflect the time, care and expertise we provide to secure the right mortgage for your circumstances.
